Hi nina, i tried to leave a message at your shoutbox but it was always fail ... :(.

For royal icing, i'm using icing sugar instead confectioner sugar, the result is best with icing sugar. And the icing consistency should be as thin as possible (but not too thin) so it would dries smooth, shinny & hard finish .. :)

I use 60ml white egg, 1/2 tsp cream of tartar, 250 gr icing sugar & 1 tbsp lemon lime. Stir until mixed thoroughly, if too thin just add it with more icing sugar until it reach the desirable consistency. If too stiff, add lemon lime a little bit more.

Btw saya cuma guna cecair, perasa dan icing sugar, belum berani taruk telor ma tartar itu hahaha :D

nanti kalo udah sukses kita tayang kat sini kue nye yah! ;)
