350 GRM BUTTER FROZEN(CHOP INTO SMALL CUBES)
MIXED WITH 'K' WHISKER UNTIL BISCUIT CRUMB LIKE FORMED
ADD 100ML DOUBLE CREAM
POUR 1 CUP COLD FRESH MILK
MIXED WELL UNTIL THE MIXTURE BECOME A STICKY DOUGH.
TURN DOUGH ONTO LIGHTLY FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD LIGHTLY UNTIL SMOOTH.
PRESS DOUGH OUT TO 2CM THICKNES.
CUT INTO ROUNDS WITH 5CM CUTTER.
PLACE SCONES INTO GREASED BAKING TRAY.
BAKE IN MODERATELY HOT OVEN 15 TO 20MIN OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
SERVE HOT WITH STRAWBERRY FILLING AND CREAM
